It seems appropriate that I post this here. I was officially offered a job at Foothills Christian Church in Phoenix, AZ, starting this summer. I’ll be an associate minister for the next two years, bringing the good work most Sundays and preaching the gospel to the North Valley.

How many times do I have to see that Arizona has advanced an “unprecedented bill” related to stripping individuals of rights? And, as a friend put it last night, when did contraception become part of the conversation again? I thought we decided a long time ago that it’s a good idea? Come on Arizona, stop trying to out do the rest of the country in crazy (stupid) politics....
